Backyard Lifeguards supplies only insured adult professional lifeguards operating with industry-standard lifesaving equipment.

Our Staff

Backyard Lifeguards supplies only insured adult professional lifeguards that operate with industry-standard lifesaving equipment*.

Many BYLG lifeguards work full-time in related fields like education, health care, fitness, recreation, and management and hold additional certificates in those areas.

Lifeguards are required to maintain certificates and annually demonstrate lifesaving skills. All of our professional lifeguards are insured through Backyard Lifeguards and arrive at your location in professional attire.

Since lifeguards depend on industry tools to carry out the full scope of their responsibilities, they also bring the same lifesaving equipment* that is found at a licensed aquatic facility.

* Equipment provided to the swim site depends on the number of lifeguards and method of travel.
